Weather Blues

Now I can finally understand why the English like talking about the weather. OK, it’s a gross generalisation, but it’s true that the topic of weather comes up quite often in conversation, I think just ‘cos people are hoping desperately for some good weather! Days in London are SO dreary. It’s been just grey skies and rainy and just downright depressing. Can’t even go to the parks and sit around or go for walk or hikes. I don’t know how people live here!!!

I don’t know what I’m going to do over the weekend. Probably check out some free stuff going on or something.

Ah the weather...If it makes you feel any better, its been HOT and HUMID in NYC (wait, you come from Singapore)..

Also the rain is here in Canada for the last three days, makes for lots of dreary time entertained by hotel TV and sticky wet sandals...

Cheer up, you have not yet experienced the endless Dreary Dreary grey Winter yet, the cold days with only 6hrs light, muhuhuhuh. you might get "SAD syndrome".

Don't worry, you really get used to it...There were times in Croatia I was hoping for some London weather too cool things down and stop me from squinting all day at the blingingly hot sun and blue blue skies.

Something to look forward to! Enjoy!!
