Fun With Food

I got a pleasant surprise when I came home for dinner today. My Dad had come up with this cute creation! I felt like a kid again! Haha! I couldn't help but smile when I saw the two fishes "swimming" on the plate.

The body's made out of fish paste, the fins carrot, the eyes green peas, and the gills a strip of Chinese mushroom. Put the raw fish paste on a Chinese soup spoon to keep the shape and put the spoon with the fish on it in a steamer to cook the meat.

Ah, eating has not been this fun for quite a while! Thanks Dad!
