So it's goodbye to Chungking & UrbanNomad and hello to my new job. I spent the day at a training session where I was taught how to use the computer system in the organisation. It's a complicated system which will need a bit of practice to get the hang of it.
I was finding it hard to keep awake after a late night. My sis & I took our foreign visitors on a car ride around Singapore after dinner last night. I think we gave our visitors a pretty comprehensive tour, what with going to Emerald Hill Road, Sentosa, Mt Faber, National University of Singapore, Holland Village and lastly Geylang. At Geylang, we ended the night with supper where we had cold soya bean milk and sweet beancurd.
Anyhow, I don't have a full idea of what work will be like 'cos I haven't even reported to the desk. I'll be doing that tomorrow and come next week I'll be rostered to do shifts. The morning shift starts at 5:30am and stretches till 2:30pm. The afternoon shift stretches from 2:30 - 11:30pm.
Well, I suppose I'll have more to say in time to come.

We would like to present several awards:
- firstly to Singapore for being beautiful, green and relaxed
- secondly to DSD's family for the best meal ever
- thirdly to DSD's sister for the best ever night tour of Singapore
- lastly to DSD and Saz for being super hospitable (and very glamourous) hosts
Thankyou! And please visit HK to let us return the favour (and to show you sights that will make Geylang look like Disneyland).
