Nuts about Carrots

My favourite carrot walnut cake in Singapore from Cedele Bakery at the basement of Raffles City Shopping Centre. For $4.50 a slice, it's a tad pricey, but I say it's worth every single cent! It's moist and filled with enough carrot bits & walnuts. Ooh, I just love the walnuts! The cream is also of the right amount - not too much such that it overwhelms you nor too little such that it doesn't give you that extra flavour when you sink your teeth into the cake. Highly recommended!
