My breakfast! I have this thing for scones. I know I know, that's sssooo English. Just makes you think of old English ladies sipping tea in the English countryside. But anyway, I bought this scone last night from Ah Teng's Bakery at Raffles Hotel. After 9pm, buy 1 get 1 free! Heehee....I know where to suss out the offers. ;p
Delicious scones have to be just right in terms of it being moist and buttery. Anything too hard or not buttery enough just isn't right. And it's best eaten warm with a whole lot of butter! To hell with the calories.
