The end of the day

A warm shower is, I think, one of the best things to end the day. This is especially so when it is freezing cold outside!

I got home from class about 45minutes ago. I had a class called "Phonology & Pronunciation" from 7 - 9pm. I don't enjoy night classes much as I am very much a day person. However, I will have to bear with it as most postgrad classes are held at night.

I am really happy that I have a very good lecturer for this module. This is the first and also possibly the last time I'm going to taught by Dr. Liam Morgan, and I intend to enjoy his lectures to the fullest. He engages his students, keeps us on our toes and makes our brains work. Definitely the dynamic type of lecturer I need to keep me awake during 7-9pm classes.

Though the module has plenty of readings and the assignments require a lot of work, I am very much looking forward to classes as Liam is so interesting to listen to. I hope to be that kind of teacher in future.

Anyhow, now I'm nicely ensconed in the warmth of the house and my room. It is just way too cold these days. The bright and sunny Sydney skies in the day certainly do not give any indication of the cold that hangs in the air. Very deceiving indeed!

Bbbbbrrrrrr........
